When you book a charter or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, trip date, party size, and package selection. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Booking records and newsletter sign-ups are stored in our managed backend with row-level access rules so customer records are not readable by other site visitors. Traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Administrative access is limited to Turnt Tides staff.

Deposits and balance payments are processed by Stripe. Turnt Tides receives confirmation of payment status but does not see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. Refunds follow the cancellation terms shown at checkout.

If you sign up for updates, we use your email to send trip news, seasonal offers, and loyalty rewards. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Booking-related emails (confirmations, payment receipts, departure reminders) are sent for every reservation regardless of marketing preference.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of marketing records by emailing the address below. We retain booking records as required for tax, insurance, and U.S. Coast Guard compliance.
